Does sending an inquiry place an order or reserve a robot?

No. It sends Thetic the configuration and requirements you are considering. We review the request and reply by email with the next step, which may be a clarification, a discussion of suitable options or a quotation.

An order requires agreement on the exact hardware, price, availability, delivery terms and any services. The website form does not take payment or reserve inventory.

Can you work with university or company purchasing requirements?

Include your organization's vendor setup requirements, purchase-order process and delivery deadline in your inquiry. If you need particular documents or approval steps, list them at the beginning so they can be reviewed alongside the equipment request.

We will confirm the purchasing and payment arrangements available for your order before you commit.

Can I visit Thetic or request a live demonstration?
